join to present an intimate, epicurean adventure exclusively for
this Arts Club fundraiser. Executive Chef Quang Dang will craft
a compelling five-course menu from pristine local ingredients,
paired with top vintages from
Blackbird Vineyards,

Creek Vineyard,
Duckhorn Wine
Company,
Dutcher Crossing Winery,
Heitz
Cellars, and
Silver Oak
Cellars. Senior representatives from each winery, including

Your senses will be dazzled by an array of colour, texture, and
taste during this evening of food, wine, and adventure. Inspired
by Francis’ Italian American heritage, this will be an
unforgettable dining experience for gourmands, wine lovers and
film buffs alike.
Chef Subraaz Abdulla of
Q4 (on 4th) will prepare a sumptuous
five course, familia-style Italian menu, complemented with
exquisite
Francis Ford Coppola wines. Lise Asimont, winemaker,
will join us to share stories from Sonoma’s newest and most
inviting winery, owned by one of the world’s most recognizable
personalities.
